Gastroscopy, also known as upper endoscopy, is a procedure that allows the surgeon to view the inside of the upper digestive system.

The Procedure
A long, flexible tube with a camera (endoscope) is inserted through the mouth to examine the oesophagus, stomach, and beginning of the small intestine.
What is a GESA Accredited Surgeon?
GESA (Gastroenterological Society of Australia) accreditation ensures surgeons are recognised for their expertise in endoscopic procedures like gastroscopy. Dr Golani is accredited by GESA (a peak membership organisation) for performing gastroscopies and colonoscopies.

There is a drop off zone outside of the building. Paid parking is available opposite at Norwest Private Hospital.
